JusVox Affiliate Program Policy

Last updated August 25, 2026  ·  JusVox / Certified Reporters, LLC

JusVox™ Affiliate Program Policy Applies to the JusVox Affiliate Program Owned and Operated by Certified Reporters, LLC Effective Date: August 12, 2026 This JusVox Affiliate Program Policy (“Affiliate Policy” or “Policy”) governs participation in the referral-based affiliate program offered by Certified Reporters, LLC through JusVox (“JusVox,” “Certified Reporters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy supplements and forms part of the JusVox Terms of Service. By enrolling in, activating, using, sharing, or receiving compensation through a JusVox affiliate account, referral link, referral code, or other approved referral mechanism, you (“Affiliate Member,” “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Policy and the JusVox Terms of Service. Participation in the Affiliate Program is optional. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not participate in the JusVox Affiliate Program.

1. PURPOSE OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

The JusVox Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program” or “Program”) is designed to reward eligible JusVox Members who introduce new professionals to the JusVox network. Eligible Affiliate Members may receive a unique Affiliate Link that can be shared with their professional network. When an eligible new Member purchases a qualifying annual JusVox Pro membership through that Affiliate Link, the Affiliate Member may become eligible to earn:

Initial Referral Commission$20.00 USD one time for a confirmed qualifying initial annual Pro membership signup.
Annual Renewal Commission$10.00 USD for each qualifying subsequent annual Pro membership renewal attributable to

that original referral, for so long as the referred Member continues to satisfy the requirements stated in this Policy and the Affiliate Program remains available under the then-current Program terms. The Affiliate Program is intended to reward genuine professional referrals and genuine continuing paid membership. It is not intended to reward artificial accounts, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent payments, manipulated attribution, or other activity designed primarily to generate affiliate compensation.

2. RELATIONSHIP TO THE JUSVOX TERMS OF SERVICE

The JusVox Terms of Service govern your general use of JusVox. This Affiliate Policy governs your participation in the Affiliate Program. The Terms of Service incorporate this Affiliate Policy by reference. If there is a direct conflict between this Affiliate Policy and the JusVox Terms of Service concerning a matter specifically related to the Affiliate Program, this Affiliate Policy will control solely with respect to that Affiliate Program matter. All other provisions of the JusVox Terms of Service remain applicable.

3. TAX & COMPLIANCE POLICY

Participation in the Affiliate Program is also subject to the separate JusVox Affiliate Program Tax & Compliance Policy. That policy governs matters including:

  • Taxpayer documentation;
  • Form W-9 requirements;
  • Taxpayer identification information;
  • Payment eligibility;
  • Information reporting;
  • Tax forms;
  • Withholding where legally required;
  • Changes to taxpayer information; and
  • Other tax and compliance requirements.

An Affiliate Member must satisfy the applicable Tax & Compliance Policy requirements before receiving Affiliate Program payouts. Affiliate Program Tax & Compliance Policy: [Insert Tax & Compliance Policy URL] The Tax & Compliance Policy is incorporated into this Affiliate Policy by reference.

4. UNITED STATES-ONLY PROGRAM

The JusVox Affiliate Program is currently limited to eligible individuals who are United States citizens. Eligible Affiliates may reside in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia, subject to applicable law and JusVox’s ability to administer the Program in that jurisdiction. Participation is not currently available to foreign affiliates. Before receiving Affiliate Program compensation, an Affiliate Member must:

  • Satisfy JusVox’s U.S. citizenship eligibility requirement;
  • Provide any eligibility certifications reasonably requested by JusVox;
  • Complete all required taxpayer documentation;
  • Complete required payment-provider onboarding; and
  • Satisfy the JusVox Affiliate Program Tax & Compliance Policy.

JusVox may expand or modify geographic eligibility prospectively.

5. AFFILIATE ELIGIBILITY

The Affiliate Program may be made available to certain eligible JusVox Members, including certain Verified Members. Unless JusVox expressly provides otherwise, an Affiliate Member must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years old;
  • Be a United States citizen;
  • Have an eligible JusVox account;
  • Be an active Verified Member where verification is required;
  • Be in good standing with JusVox;
  • Provide accurate identity information;
  • Complete required Affiliate Program onboarding;
  • Accept this Affiliate Policy;
  • Complete applicable tax documentation;
  • Complete required payout-provider onboarding; and
  • Comply with applicable law and JusVox policies.

Verification does not automatically guarantee Affiliate Program eligibility. JusVox may reasonably determine Program eligibility based on compliance, fraud-prevention, security, payment-provider, legal, technical, or administrative considerations.

6. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Affiliate Program is entirely voluntary. Affiliate Members are not required to:

  • Generate any minimum number of referrals;
  • Work any particular hours;
  • Perform any minimum amount of promotional activity;
  • Meet sales quotas;
  • Purchase advertising;
  • Make any minimum number of posts;
  • Contact any minimum number of people; or
  • Spend money promoting JusVox.

An Affiliate Member may independently decide whether, when, where, and how to share an Affiliate Link, subject to this Policy and applicable law.

7. AFFILIATE LINKS

JusVox may provide an approved Affiliate Member with a unique:

  • Referral URL;
  • Affiliate link;
  • Referral code;
  • Tracking identifier; or
  • Other approved referral mechanism collectively referred to as an “Affiliate Link.” An Affiliate Link is associated with the Affiliate Member to whom it is issued.

Affiliate Members may share Affiliate Links through lawful personal, professional, digital, and other approved communication channels. Affiliate Links may not be:

  • Sold;
  • Assigned;
  • Transferred;
  • Leased;
  • Manipulated;
  • Altered for deceptive purposes;
  • Shared as though belonging to another Affiliate; or
  • Used in violation of this Policy.

8. REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION

Affiliate compensation depends upon successful referral attribution. JusVox uses its Platform systems and reasonably maintained records to determine whether a referred membership is attributable to a particular Affiliate Member. A referral generally must originate through the Affiliate Member’s valid Affiliate Link or another referral mechanism expressly recognized by JusVox. JusVox cannot guarantee referral attribution where:

  • The prospective Member does not use the Affiliate Link;
  • Tracking information is blocked;
  • Applicable cookies or attribution information are removed;
  • A browser or device prevents tracking;
  • The Affiliate Link is materially altered;
  • Another valid Affiliate receives attribution;
  • The user registers independently;
  • Required attribution information is unavailable; or
  • JusVox cannot reasonably associate the signup with the Affiliate Member.

JusVox will administer attribution in good faith using the information reasonably available to its systems. JusVox will not intentionally deny a properly attributable referral for the purpose of avoiding legitimately earned affiliate compensation.

9. ORIGINAL REFERRAL RELATIONSHIP

When a Qualified Referral is validly attributed to an Affiliate Member, JusVox may associate that new Member with the referring Affiliate for purposes of both:

  1. The Initial Referral Commission; and
  2. Potential future Annual Renewal Commissions.

That original referral relationship may remain recorded in JusVox’s Affiliate Program systems even after the Initial Referral Commission has been paid. Continued association with the Affiliate does not itself guarantee any future payment. Future Annual Renewal Commissions remain subject to all requirements of this Policy.

10. QUALIFIED INITIAL REFERRAL

A “Qualified Initial Referral” occurs only when all applicable requirements are satisfied. Unless JusVox expressly provides otherwise, the referred person must:

  1. Be a genuine new eligible JusVox Member;
  2. Access JusVox through the Affiliate Member’s valid Affiliate Link or approved referral mechanism;
  3. Be successfully attributed to the Affiliate Member;
  4. Complete an eligible JusVox account registration;
  5. Purchase an eligible annual JusVox Pro membership;
  6. Successfully complete payment;
  7. Satisfy any applicable verification requirements;
  8. Not be an existing paid Pro Member when the qualifying referral occurs;
  9. Not be the referring Affiliate Member;
  10. Not be a duplicate, fictitious, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible account;
  11. Survive the applicable validation period; and
  12. Otherwise comply with this Policy.
  13. ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT CREATE AN INITIAL COMMISSION No Initial Referral Commission is earned merely because:
  • Someone clicks an Affiliate Link;
  • Someone views JusVox;
  • Someone creates a Free account;
  • Someone begins checkout;
  • Someone enters payment information;
  • A payment attempt fails;
  • Someone joins using a non-qualifying membership;
  • A referral cannot be attributed;
  • A transaction is fraudulent; or
  • The signup otherwise fails to qualify.

Affiliate compensation is based on a confirmed qualifying paid annual Pro membership, not clicks, traffic, leads, or incomplete registrations.

12. INITIAL REFERRAL COMMISSION

For each Qualified Initial Referral, the referring Affiliate Member may earn: $20.00 USD This is a one-time Initial Referral Commission. Only one Initial Referral Commission is payable for a particular referred Member. The $20 commission:

  • Is paid by JusVox;
  • Does not increase the referred Member’s subscription price;
  • Does not create any payment obligation between the referred Member and the Affiliate;
  • Is not earned until the referral is confirmed; and
  • Is subject to the validation, payment, refund, chargeback, fraud, and compliance provisions of this Policy.

13. ANNUAL RENEWAL COMMISSION

In addition to the one-time Initial Referral Commission, an Affiliate Member may become eligible for an Annual Renewal Commission associated with the same referred Member. The current Annual Renewal Commission is: $10.00 USD per qualifying paid annual renewal The Annual Renewal Commission is designed as a continuing or “lifetime” referral benefit associated with the Affiliate Member’s original Qualified Initial Referral. However, eligibility for each future Annual Renewal Commission must be separately satisfied each year. No future Annual Renewal Commission is earned merely because an Initial Referral Commission was previously paid.

14. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ANNUAL RENEWAL COMMISSION

A referred Member’s annual renewal qualifies for the $10 Annual Renewal Commission only if, at the applicable renewal:

  1. The referred Member remains attributed to the Affiliate Member under JusVox’s records;
  2. The referred Member successfully renews an eligible paid annual Pro membership;
  3. The annual renewal payment is successfully completed;
  4. The referred Member remains an active paid Pro Member;
  5. The referred Member remains an active Verified Member of JusVox;
  6. The payment survives the applicable validation period;
  7. The renewal is not refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid;
  8. The Affiliate Member remains eligible to receive Affiliate Program compensation, except where this Policy expressly provides otherwise;
  9. The Affiliate Program remains in effect; and
  10. The renewal satisfies the then-applicable Affiliate Program terms.

Each qualifying annual renewal may generate only one $10 Annual Renewal Commission.

15. MEANING OF “LIFETIME” RENEWAL COMPENSATION

JusVox may describe the Annual Renewal Commission as a lifetime referral commission because an original qualifying referral may continue to generate an annual $10 commission during future years. For purposes of this Policy, “lifetime” does not mean an irrevocable contractual guarantee that the Affiliate Program, compensation amount, eligibility rules, or renewal commission structure can never change. Rather, it means that under the current Program structure, an original referral may continue generating the stated Annual Renewal Commission for successive qualifying annual renewals without a predetermined maximum number of renewal years. Future renewal eligibility remains subject to:

  • Continued paid membership;
  • Continued verification of the referred Member;
  • Program eligibility;
  • This Policy;
  • Future valid Program modifications; and
  • Applicable law.

16. NO COMMISSION WHEN THE REFERRED MEMBER LEAVES PRO

If a referred Member:

  • Cancels the Pro subscription;
  • Fails to renew;
  • Downgrades to Free;
  • Experiences an unsuccessful renewal payment;
  • Receives a refund;
  • Has the subscription terminated; or
  • Otherwise ceases to maintain a qualifying paid Pro membership, no Annual Renewal Commission is earned for a period in which the required paid annual renewal does not occur.

17. VERIFIED MEMBER REQUIREMENT FOR RENEWAL PAYMENTS

Annual Renewal Commissions are intended to reward the continued acquisition and retention of genuine, active JusVox professionals. Accordingly, the referred Member must remain an active Verified Member at the time the applicable annual renewal qualifies. If verification expires, is revoked, is suspended, or otherwise ceases to satisfy JusVox’s verification requirements, the associated renewal may not qualify for an Annual Renewal Commission. If the Member later restores verification and subsequently satisfies the requirements for a future annual renewal, future renewal eligibility may resume under the then-current Program terms.

18. NO DUPLICATE RENEWAL COMMISSIONS

A referred Member may be associated with only one qualifying referring Affiliate for a particular affiliate relationship unless JusVox expressly establishes another arrangement. An Affiliate Member may not attempt to:

  • Re-refer an existing referred Member;
  • Replace another Affiliate’s attribution through manipulation;
  • Cause a Member to cancel and re-register to generate another Initial Referral Commission;
  • Transfer a referral relationship without authorization; or
  • Create duplicate referral compensation from the same underlying membership relationship.

19. PENDING EARNINGS

Qualifying transactions may initially appear as: Pending Pending status means JusVox has recorded a potentially qualifying transaction but has not yet completed validation. Pending earnings are not yet available for payout. JusVox may validate matters including:

  • Successful payment;
  • Attribution;
  • Membership eligibility;
  • Verification status;
  • Refunds;
  • Chargebacks;
  • Payment disputes;
  • Fraud;
  • Duplicate accounts;
  • Self-referrals;
  • Program eligibility; and
  • Compliance with this Policy.

20. VALIDATION PERIOD

Unless a different validation period is expressly disclosed for a particular Program promotion or transaction, an Initial Referral Commission or Annual Renewal Commission may remain pending for up to thirty (30) calendar days following successful payment. After successful validation, the applicable commission may be designated: Confirmed or Available for Payout. The validation period allows JusVox to reasonably determine whether the underlying transaction is legitimate and eligible. A transaction may still be subject to adjustment after confirmation if a later chargeback, refund, fraud determination, or other disqualifying event affects the underlying membership payment.

21. CONFIRMED EARNINGS

Once a commission has been validated and designated as confirmed, it becomes an earned Affiliate Program balance, subject to:

  • Completion of required tax documentation;
  • Completion of payout setup;
  • Payment-provider requirements;
  • Applicable withholding;
  • Fraud or compliance restrictions;
  • Later reversal of the underlying transaction where permitted by this Policy; and
  • Applicable law.

JusVox will not intentionally withhold legitimately confirmed Affiliate Program compensation without a legitimate contractual, legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or compliance basis.

22. PAYMENT ELIGIBILITY

An Affiliate Member may accrue Program activity before becoming eligible to receive a payout where JusVox permits such functionality. However, no Affiliate Program payout will be released until the Affiliate Member has completed all required tax, identity, compliance, and payout documentation. This may include:

  • Required citizenship eligibility certifications;
  • Taxpayer documentation;
  • Form W-9 or other required tax forms;
  • Identity verification;
  • Payment-provider onboarding;
  • Banking information;
  • Taxpayer identification information; and
  • Acceptance of applicable agreements and policies.

The detailed requirements are governed by the JusVox Affiliate Program Tax & Compliance Policy.

23. TAX DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED BEFORE PAYMENT

Completion of required tax documentation is a condition of Affiliate Program payout eligibility. JusVox may place confirmed commissions on hold until required documentation has been:

  • Submitted;
  • Completed;
  • Accepted by the applicable payment or tax provider; and
  • Reasonably verified where verification is required.

An Affiliate Member does not lose otherwise valid confirmed compensation solely because tax documentation is temporarily incomplete, unless continued noncompliance ultimately requires cancellation under applicable law or Program terms. However, JusVox is not required to release payment before all required documentation has been satisfactorily completed.

24. AFFILIATE PAYOUT ACCOUNT

Affiliate Members may be required to establish and maintain a payout account through Stripe or another provider designated by JusVox. Affiliate onboarding may require information including:

  • Legal name;
  • Address;
  • Date of birth;
  • Identity information;
  • Taxpayer information;
  • Banking information;
  • Payment destination information; and
  • Other information reasonably required for payments, tax compliance, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Affiliate Members are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate and current.

25. PAYOUT PROCESSING

Confirmed Affiliate Program earnings that have satisfied all payout requirements will be processed through the payment provider or payment method designated by JusVox. Payout timing may be affected by:

  • Tax documentation;
  • Identity verification;
  • Banking verification;
  • Payment-provider processing;
  • Banking schedules;
  • Fraud review;
  • Compliance requirements;
  • Account restrictions; or
  • Circumstances outside JusVox’s reasonable control.

JusVox will not intentionally delay legitimate payable Affiliate Program compensation for the purpose of retaining Affiliate Members’ earnings.

26. REFUNDS

If a Pro membership associated with an Initial Referral Commission or Annual Renewal Commission is refunded before the corresponding commission has been confirmed, the commission may be cancelled. If the corresponding affiliate compensation has already been confirmed or paid, JusVox may reverse the associated commission where the underlying revenue is subsequently refunded. Affiliate compensation is intended to be based on genuine paid membership revenue.

27. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT REVERSALS

If an underlying membership payment is:

  • Charged back;
  • Reversed;
  • Successfully disputed;
  • Determined to be unauthorized;
  • Determined to be fraudulent; or
  • Otherwise returned, JusVox may reverse the corresponding Affiliate Program compensation.

If the applicable commission has already been paid, JusVox may, to the extent permitted by law:

  • Deduct it from future affiliate earnings;
  • Offset it against an Affiliate Program balance;
  • Maintain a negative affiliate balance; or
  • Request repayment.

Any reversal must reasonably relate to the transaction or Program activity giving rise to the adjustment.

28. SELF-REFERRALS

Affiliate Members may not use their own Affiliate Link to generate Affiliate Program compensation from their own membership purchases. This restriction includes attempts involving:

  • Additional accounts;
  • Different email addresses;
  • Entities controlled primarily by the Affiliate;
  • Accounts created primarily for the Affiliate’s benefit;
  • Sham transactions; or
  • Other arrangements designed primarily to circumvent the self-referral restriction.

29. ARTIFICIAL OR FRAUDULENT REFERRALS

Affiliate Program compensation is not payable for accounts or transactions JusVox reasonably determines are:

  • Fictitious;
  • Fraudulent;
  • Duplicative;
  • Automated;
  • Created using stolen information;
  • Generated through stolen payment credentials;
  • Created primarily for affiliate compensation;
  • Generated through coordinated manipulation; or
  • Otherwise not genuine professional membership acquisitions.

JusVox may use reasonable anti-fraud measures to protect Members and the Affiliate Program.

30. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURES

Affiliate Members must clearly disclose their financial relationship with JusVox when disclosure is required by applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, or similar law. Affiliate Members must not misleadingly present a compensated referral as an entirely independent, uncompensated recommendation. A disclosure should clearly communicate that the Affiliate Member may receive compensation if someone purchases through the Affiliate Link. Appropriate language may include: “I may earn a referral commission if you purchase JusVox Pro through this link.” or: “JusVox affiliate link — I may receive compensation for qualifying Pro memberships.” Affiliate Members remain responsible for making disclosures appropriate to the medium in which a promotion appears.

31. TRUTHFUL PROMOTION

Affiliate Members may promote JusVox using truthful information. Affiliate Members may not make false, deceptive, misleading, or unauthorized claims concerning:

  • JusVox;
  • Pricing;
  • Membership;
  • Free features;
  • Pro features;
  • Verification;
  • Affiliate compensation;
  • Professional opportunities;
  • Platform functionality;
  • Results; or
  • Any other JusVox product, feature, or service.

Affiliate Members should rely upon current official JusVox information when describing the Platform.

32. NO AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT JUSVOX

Affiliate Members are not authorized to act or speak on behalf of Certified Reporters, LLC or JusVox unless separately authorized in writing. Affiliate Members may not represent themselves as:

  • JusVox employees;
  • Officers;
  • Agents;
  • Sales representatives;
  • Legal representatives;
  • Authorized spokespersons; or
  • Persons empowered to enter agreements for JusVox.

Affiliate Members may accurately state that they participate in the JusVox Affiliate Program.

33. BRAND AND TRADEMARK USE

Affiliate participation does not transfer ownership of any JusVox trademark, logo, name, branding, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights. Affiliate Members may use approved JusVox promotional materials where provided. Affiliate Members may not use JusVox intellectual property in a manner that:

  • Impersonates JusVox;
  • Falsely suggests ownership;
  • Misrepresents official affiliation;
  • Creates consumer confusion;
  • Suggests unauthorized sponsorship;
  • Creates a deceptive website or account; or
  • Otherwise infringes JusVox’s rights.

34. EMAIL, TEXT, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND DIRECT OUTREACH

Affiliate Members may lawfully share Affiliate Links through appropriate channels. Affiliate Members are responsible for complying with applicable:

  • Email laws;
  • Text-message laws;
  • Telemarketing laws;
  • Advertising laws;
  • Privacy laws;
  • Consent requirements;
  • Do-not-call requirements;
  • Social-platform rules; and
  • Other communications regulations.

The Affiliate Program may not be used for:

  • Unlawful spam;
  • Phishing;
  • Deceptive solicitations;
  • Unauthorized bulk messaging; or
  • Other unlawful communications.

35. PROHIBITED AFFILIATE PRACTICES

Affiliate Members may not engage in:

  • Self-referral manipulation;
  • Duplicate-account creation;
  • Fake accounts;
  • Bot-generated referrals;
  • Fraudulent payments;
  • Stolen payment credentials;
  • Attribution hijacking;
  • Cookie stuffing;
  • Hidden tracking;
  • Forced redirects;
  • Fake endorsements;
  • False testimonials;
  • Misleading advertising;
  • Unlawful spam;
  • Phishing;
  • Trademark impersonation;
  • Fake JusVox websites;
  • Artificial affiliate traffic;
  • Manipulation of referral metrics;
  • Re-registering existing Members to generate new commissions;
  • Paying people to create sham memberships; or
  • Any scheme designed primarily to obtain affiliate compensation without genuine membership acquisition.

Attempts to engage in prohibited conduct are also violations of this Policy.

36. REFERRAL INCENTIVES

Unless expressly authorized by JusVox, Affiliate Members may not offer:

  • Cash rebates;
  • Kickbacks;
  • Reimbursement of JusVox membership fees;
  • Undisclosed financial inducements; or
  • Other material incentives for the primary purpose of artificially generating qualifying referrals.

JusVox may separately authorize promotions or incentives. Any authorized incentive must comply with the terms JusVox provides.

37. AFFILIATE DASHBOARD AND COMMISSION LEDGER

JusVox may provide Affiliate Members with a dashboard or similar interface showing Affiliate Program activity. Information may include:

  • Affiliate Link;
  • Original referrals;
  • Pending Initial Referral Commissions;
  • Confirmed Initial Referral Commissions;
  • Eligible renewal referrals;
  • Pending Annual Renewal Commissions;
  • Confirmed Annual Renewal Commissions;
  • Available balance;
  • Paid earnings;
  • Reversed earnings; and
  • Payout history.

Dashboard information may initially be preliminary and subject to validation or reconciliation. JusVox will maintain commercially reasonable Affiliate Program records for administration, accounting, fraud prevention, payment, compliance, and dispute resolution.

38. REPORTING AN ERROR

If an Affiliate Member reasonably believes an error has occurred concerning:

  • Referral attribution;
  • Initial commissions;
  • Renewal commissions;
  • Verification status;
  • Earnings;
  • Reversals;
  • Payouts; or
  • Affiliate account information, the Affiliate Member should notify JusVox promptly after discovering the issue.

JusVox may review relevant:

  • Account records;
  • Referral records;
  • Membership records;
  • Verification records;
  • Payment records;
  • Renewal records;
  • Transaction information;
  • Affiliate identifiers;
  • Payment-provider information; and
  • Fraud-prevention information.

JusVox may correct genuine administrative errors.

39. GOOD-FAITH PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

JusVox will administer the Affiliate Program in good faith. The validation, fraud-prevention, attribution, refund, chargeback, verification, and compliance provisions contained in this Policy are intended to preserve the integrity of the Program. They are not intended to permit JusVox to arbitrarily deny legitimate compensation. Where a genuine administrative error is identified, JusVox may correct Affiliate Program records and balances as reasonably appropriate.

40. SUSPENSION

JusVox may suspend Affiliate Program participation where reasonably necessary to investigate:

  • Suspected fraud;
  • Attribution manipulation;
  • Account compromise;
  • Payment abuse;
  • Prohibited promotional activity;
  • Material Policy violations;
  • Tax or compliance issues;
  • Legal or regulatory concerns; or
  • Payment-provider restrictions.

Payments affected by a legitimate investigation may be temporarily held where reasonably necessary. Affiliate Program suspension does not automatically terminate the Affiliate Member’s general JusVox membership.

41. TERMINATION FROM THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

JusVox may terminate Affiliate Program participation for legitimate reasons including:

  • Fraud;
  • Material Policy violations;
  • Fake referrals;
  • System manipulation;
  • Serious deceptive promotion;
  • Material misrepresentation;
  • Misuse of JusVox intellectual property;
  • Unlawful activity;
  • Failure to maintain required eligibility;
  • Failure to satisfy tax or payout compliance requirements;
  • Payment-provider restrictions;
  • Legal requirements; or
  • Material risk to JusVox or its Members.

An Affiliate Member may also voluntarily discontinue participation at any time.

42. EFFECT OF AFFILIATE TERMINATION ON EARNINGS

Termination from the Affiliate Program does not automatically eliminate legitimate Initial Referral Commissions or Annual Renewal Commissions that became fully earned and confirmed before termination. Confirmed compensation remains subject to:

  • Tax compliance;
  • Payout eligibility;
  • Refunds;
  • Chargebacks;
  • Fraud determinations;
  • Payment reversals; and
  • Other legitimate adjustments authorized by this Policy.

Unless JusVox expressly provides otherwise, termination of Affiliate Program participation ends eligibility for future Annual Renewal Commissions accruing after the effective date of termination.

43. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

JusVox may modify the Affiliate Program prospectively. Changes may include:

  • Eligibility;
  • Geographic availability;
  • Verification requirements;
  • Commission amounts;
  • Qualification rules;
  • Renewal commission requirements;
  • Validation periods;
  • Tracking methods;
  • Payment procedures;
  • Promotional requirements; and
  • Other Program features.

Material modifications may be communicated through the Affiliate dashboard, Platform, email, updated Policy, or another reasonable method.

44. PROTECTION OF EARNED COMPENSATION

A prospective Program change will not, merely because the change occurred, retroactively eliminate legitimate compensation that was already fully earned and confirmed under the Program terms applicable to that transaction. This does not prevent later reversal where the underlying transaction is subsequently determined to have involved:

  • Fraud;
  • Refund;
  • Chargeback;
  • Payment reversal;
  • Invalid attribution;
  • Ineligible membership;
  • Artificial referral activity; or
  • Another disqualifying condition applicable to the original transaction.

45. CHANGES TO INITIAL REFERRAL COMPENSATION

The current Initial Referral Commission is: $20.00 USD per Qualified Initial Referral JusVox may change this amount prospectively. A new commission rate will apply according to the effective date of the applicable Program change. A prospective rate change will not, by itself, alter an Initial Referral Commission already fully earned and confirmed under an earlier applicable rate.

46. CHANGES TO ANNUAL RENEWAL COMPENSATION

The current Annual Renewal Commission is: $10.00 USD per qualifying paid annual renewal JusVox may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the Annual Renewal Commission structure prospectively. Because future Annual Renewal Commissions are earned only when each future qualifying renewal occurs, an Affiliate Member does not obtain a vested right to commissions for renewals that have not yet occurred. A prospective change will not, by itself, eliminate an Annual Renewal Commission already fully earned and confirmed before the effective date of that change.

47. DISCONTINUATION OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

JusVox may discontinue the Affiliate Program. If the Program is discontinued, JusVox will reconcile legitimate confirmed balances in accordance with this Policy and applicable law. Program discontinuation does not permit JusVox to confiscate otherwise valid, already-earned confirmed compensation solely because the Program is ending. Future unearned Initial Referral Commissions and Annual Renewal Commissions cease to accrue after the applicable Program termination date unless JusVox expressly provides otherwise.

48. NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE EARNINGS

Affiliate Program participation does not guarantee income. JusVox does not guarantee:

  • Affiliate Link traffic;
  • Registrations;
  • Conversion rates;
  • Qualified Initial Referrals;
  • Annual renewals;
  • Continued verification of referred Members;
  • Continued Pro membership;
  • Any minimum number of referrals;
  • Any minimum annual payment;
  • Any particular amount of Affiliate Program income; or
  • Permanent continuation of the Program.

49. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

Affiliate Program compensation may constitute taxable income. Detailed tax obligations, documentation, reporting, withholding, and payment requirements are governed by the separate JusVox Affiliate Program Tax & Compliance Policy. Affiliate Members are responsible for satisfying their own individual tax obligations. JusVox does not provide individualized tax, accounting, or legal advice.

50. INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment relationship between the Affiliate Member and Certified Reporters, LLC. Affiliate Members are not JusVox employees merely because they participate in the Program. Affiliate Members independently decide whether and how to engage in lawful promotional activity. Nothing in the Program creates entitlement to:

  • Wages;
  • Salary;
  • Employee benefits;
  • Guaranteed hours;
  • Paid leave;
  • Employment tenure; or
  • Other employee benefits.

51. NO AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP, OR JOINT VENTURE

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an:

  • Agency;
  • Partnership;
  • Joint venture;
  • Franchise;
  • Fiduciary relationship; or
  • Authority to contract on behalf of Certified Reporters, LLC.

Affiliate Members cannot bind JusVox or incur obligations in JusVox’s name merely by participating in the Program.

52. PRIVACY AND PROGRAM INFORMATION

Affiliate Program administration may require processing information concerning:

  • Affiliate identity;
  • Eligibility;
  • Citizenship certification;
  • Referral attribution;
  • Referred membership status;
  • Verification status;
  • Pro membership status;
  • Transactions;
  • Renewals;
  • Earnings;
  • Payments;
  • Taxpayer compliance status;
  • Payment-provider identifiers; and
  • Fraud-prevention information.

Information is handled subject to the JusVox Privacy Policy and applicable law. Detailed taxpayer-information handling is also addressed in the Affiliate Program Tax & Compliance Policy.

53. DISPUTES

Affiliate Program disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the JusVox Terms of Service. Affiliate Members are encouraged to first notify JusVox of a disputed referral, commission, renewal, adjustment, or payout and provide sufficient information for reasonable investigation.

54. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The limitation-of-liability provisions in the JusVox Terms of Service apply to Affiliate Program participation. Nothing in those provisions authorizes JusVox to avoid payment of Affiliate Program compensation that has been validly earned, confirmed, and become contractually payable under this Policy solely by invoking a limitation-of-liability provision.

55. INDEMNIFICATION

The indemnification provisions of the JusVox Terms of Service apply to Affiliate Program participation. Without limiting those provisions, an Affiliate Member may be responsible for third-party claims resulting from the Affiliate Member’s:

  • Unlawful promotion;
  • Misleading advertising;
  • False representations;
  • Failure to make legally required affiliate disclosures;
  • Spam;
  • Unauthorized communications;
  • Trademark misuse;
  • Privacy violations;
  • Fraud; or
