The Texas Office of Court Administration is seeking qualified certified shorthand reporters and court-reporting firms to provide deputy court-reporting services for the Texas Business Court.

The work includes:

• Transcript preparation and verification
• Appellate-record preparation
• Logs and exhibits
• Expedited transcripts

The contract calls for Texas CSR certification and is expected to run through August 31, 2027, with a possible one-year renewal. Questions were due August 18, responses to questions are scheduled for August 25, and proposals are due September 1, 2026.
